Award Winning Wealth Management
The Investment Center of Wisconsin, LLC, an independent investment firm owned and operated by Robert Derks, was named a 2011, 2013, 2014 & 2015 FIVE STAR Wealth Manager.
The award is based on overall client satisfaction and is a result of a thorough evaluation process overseen by Crescendo Business Services, an independent research firm which partnered with Milwaukee Magazine. Less than 7% of the Milwaukee area’s wealth managers were named as FIVE STAR Wealth Managers.
The selection was based on responses to surveys that were sent to 40,000 high-net-worth Milwaukee area households, and more than 5,000 registered financial services professionals within the Milwaukee area. Recipients were asked to evaluate only wealth managers whom they knew through personal experience and to evaluate them based upon nine criteria: Customer Service, Integrity, Knowledge and Expertise, Communication, Value, Meeting of Financial Objectives, Post-Sale Service, Quality of Recommendations & Overall Satisfaction.
The survey data was collected and scored resulting in the list of 2011, 2013, 2014 & 2015 Milwaukee Five Star Wealth Managers. This coming August marks the 29th year Robert Derks has been in the investment industry and the seventh year since opening The Investment Center of Wisconsin, LLC.
